Good product
I love Kathy Smith video tapes. She has excellent exercise routines. She is down to earth, fun, and features people who are at different fitness levels. It shows that she is mindful of the different body shapes and fitness of individuals.

This product was exactly what I wanted. Kathy Smith offers an excellent variety of training tapes that are fun. She reaches all fitness levels - fit and those seeking to be fit. She is really down to earth. I enjoy seeing that she might mess up during an exercise session and that it wasn't edited! Her style is unique and I will always seek her fitness tapes.
