The title of the book immediately drew my attention and I couldn't wait to read it.
I didn't know what to expect when I ordered the book as I knew very little about Hiatus Hernias except that I had recently been diagnosed as having one and didn't know what to expect.
I found this book answered all my questions and has put my mind at rest knowing there are steps I can take to live with the hernia and that I am not alone because there are many other women with a Hiatus Hernia over the age of 50. (I am nearly 80).
I refer to the book whenever I need some reassurance and it never fails to put my mind at rest. and I am so glad I purchased it. I refer to it often, its so easy to read and I heartedly recommend it to anyone who has been diagnosed with a hiatus hernia and needs more information and reassurance.
