I had to return my straightener
I received my item very quickly and was not able to make it work. The on button is very very tiny and it is impossible to see if the straightener is on. I had to use the tip of a pen to push for a few seconds but nothing happened. I returned it and after a few emails asking for the refund, I finally received it. Even if it was working, I found it too hard to turn on so I do. It recommend this item.
