Works great, also plays nice with Linux.
2 of 3 found this helpful Very pleased with this unit, works exactly as advertised. Features are solid, and I'm especially enjoying the ability to use it as an audio output device for my computer (not just input). The unit is also very sturdy, with a hard metal/aluminum case, and feels like it could definitely survive the normal wear & tear that most musical gear is exposed to.
Additionally, I'm a Linux/Ubuntu user, and this device was picked up immediately when I plugged it in, and I was quickly recording using Audacity.
As a hobbyist musician, this suits my own needs very well, and I'm glad I finally made the leap to a USB interface, after years of recording via low-quality, consumer-grade mic/amp. I wasn't exactly certain what to expect, but it's turned out to be very easy to use, and I would not hesitate to recommend this to other musicians like myself.
