  Item didn't arrive. contacted the seller who advised another would be sent. waited again, still nothing. made contact again, was met with another apology and assurance it would be sent. Still nothing, had to purchase from elsewhere. contacted for a refund explaining I'd had to buy elsewhere, was assured a refund would be issued, it has not been and I am now being ignored. Not had to leave negative feedback but the behaviour is not acceptable. The item was teething gel for my baby.
