Built to last and simple to program.
This is the better commercial model and comes with a 3-year warranty.
I have had the less expensive residential model, which has a 1-year warranty, but I feel the few extra dollars for this model is money well spent.
It's better built, has more program options and is easier to program than the residential model.
This unit has multiple programs so you can set it to operate in any number of modes, which is very useful when away from your residence.
And it's easy to install, even for a semi-handy person such as I.
The solar timer is wonderful as you needn't constantly reprogram to stay in synch with the sun throughout the year.
Highly recommended.

CD sounds like new!
Wonderful used CD which sounds just like new.
The title track is one of the best rock songs ever.
