Failed to Arrive at the intended delivery destination and for whatever reason has since went astray in the postal system. Upon contacting the Seller to notify them as to the non-delivery of the item The Seller who was very professional & understanding in dealing with this problem contacted the relevant courier & then issued me with a full refund regarding the missing dvd.
