Despite the postage being paid for for Thursday delivery, package arrived on the Friday. The seller responded promptly and was very apologetic and offered a refund of postage payment. I requested this be placed as a credit instead. I have issues with post in my area so I’m not blaming the seller as it could be Royal Mail at fault. Will definitely purchase again as the product is great, packaged well too.
