The dealer, vic046, gave me a great price on my beautiful and very delicate ornament, and included a note affixed to the outside of the ornament's box cautioning me to remove it very carefully, in light of how extremely fragile it was.

  Ordered a set of glasses, they shipped in quickly, and were quite well packed. Unfortunately one of the glasses was still broken in the shipping process. The package was insured, but I messaged Vic046 and they were able to sort out a replacement without going through that process.
