  Why describe an item for sale as being made of 'leather' when - quite obviously - it is cotton? This is a sale made on false grounds. I guess the seller will 'graciously' offer a refund, suggest I return the item, apologise profusely: none of this will make up for the fact that the item received was absolutely not what was described. I will accept a refund, I frankly can't be bothered the hassle of returning the item (since it is not what I thought I was buying) and an apology is irrelevant.
