It crumbled away
I had been saving this to try, and planned to use it after I'd finished a different type. Sadly I cut into it and it just crumbled away. Not sure whether it had perished? I'm quite sure it wasn't meant to do that because the pink version was excellent and very flexible and rubbery - the complete opposite to this?

Absolutely brilliant
I'm very new to growing flowers and veg. I started with a windowsill propagator and then found the Agralan Compact Plug Plant Trainer. I much prefer the Agralan propagator. It's more compact. You don't have to untangle the roots of the seedlings when they need potting on. The vent appears to have helped avoid mould and the water store is easy to see when it needs topping up. I would definitely purchase more of these propagators in future.

Good but not great
Purchased for a couple of strawberry plants because I wanted them off the ground and I wanted to get a net to fit over to keep birds off. I wrapped copper tape round the legs to try and keep slugs off - which seems to be working so far. However, it's quite expensive with the added cost of the frame and net cover. Also the net isn't a snug fit over the planter. It fits over the top but flies could easily enter as there is no way to tuck it in. In my opinion it's not as good as I thought it might be. I prefer my wooden VegTrug.
