A bad experience for me and a very expensive one
3 of 3 found this helpful I bought this machine because of whatyou can achieve with it ,I think The Baby Lock evolution machinesound like a fantastic machine, but I can not comment on my experience using it as I bought it off E Bay and didn't realise it was coming from Japan not England and the instuctions were all in Japanese which I could not understand how to use it, I am having to have the whole machine converted to English which is going to cost me £400 .00 on top of the export duty and purchase price , a very expensive mistake on my part
I would advise customers to read description of this product more carefully when buying on E Bay ,make sure it is coming from an English supplier and not Japan
