Florence Nightingale (Life Stories) by Nina Morgan
Great little book to teach children about Florence Nightingale and lovely pictures and photos.

Great book. Informative and fun.
Great book. Explains a lot about how men and women are different and why this is so. We are biologically different, our brains are different, we have different hormones and environment plays a part. Men and women have different strengths and weaknesses, and not just the obvious physical ones. Also the title is tongue in cheek so there are lots of men who do listen (when they want to!) and lots of women who can read maps.

Children's History of Oxford
I have not read it yet but I have looked through it and it looks fantastic and I am sure the 10 year I have bought it for will really like it and learn a lot from it. Thank you.
