  Awful ebayer. Wrong item arrived. Contact on this topic with no answer. Raised return, sent back, no refund. Had to raise a case then finally refunded. Just a waste of time really

  The package arrived promptly and I was initially pleased, until I opened the parcel and discovered that the wrong size had been sent. I checked my order to ensure that I had specified the correct size and that it was not my own fault, then sent a message to the vendor. I received no reply. After waiting for a number of days, I initiated a Return Request and the vendor still did not respond. eBay contacted me and followed through with a full refund and I found another seller.
