Rubber belt
It seems to be doing the job for which it was purchased. Now to lower the noise of the vacuum cleaner?? As to quality. Only time will tell.

Not fit for purpose
It is too heavy to handle. The blades have difficulty cutting grass, and certainly not privet hedges. It was purchased to use by my wife. I have attempted to do the same work, exchanging blades, but still unsuccessful.
