Packaging needs to be better, Hermes dropped it at their depot so that delayed it whilst they re-wrapped it in a plastic bag. Heavy metal items like this just loose in a cardboard box, it's hardly surprising the box burst, but the item itself was ok.

I noticed a small bump on the product, they quickly presented me with several (good) options to deal with the problem. The product itself is basically ‘you get what you pay for’ I’ve rated lower not so much because of the product quality (isn’t good -wouldn’t buy again, though is expected considering the price) but the wrapping around it, I spent about 3 hours building it (and I build a lot of stuff) and almost half that time frustrated with removing wrap.

SIX DAYS LATER, seller messages me to say this item is out of stock? How do you manage to list an out of stock item for auction and then just simply not notice for six whole days you havent got it after all! I have been offered a refund for this invisible item I purchased but that may take up to another 5 working days. What a scam seller - listing items for auction that dont even exist.
