Nu Life in an Old Nuvi
Seems that when the Garmin Nuvi is connected to an old battery, that will not hold much of a charge, that the replacement of a new battery can make all the irregularities in behavior go away. No more touch screen errors (after the new calibration of the touch screen following battery change. Turn off the Nuvi, then hold the on button pushed in the on position for 30 seconds, and follow directions to register the touch screen). It just performs like it originally did.

Out with the Old and in with the New
This cable was installed on a 1965 Honda CB160 and worked like OEM material. Smooth action. No sticking points. Looks like the original. Good trade!

6 1/4" Version of the Emgo Halogen headlight ROCKS for Vintage Bikes!
I used dozens of these for vintage Honda replacements. Remember to get the 6 1/4" version as 7" is too wide. In order to use these with vintage motorcycles, replacing the Halogen the 55w/60w lamp with a 35w/35w lamp is necessary as the older charging systems were not made for the high current requirements as modern bikes are. Whether in black or chrome version, the Emgo replacement 6 1/4" headlights have ample sized openings in the back for the wiring harness and other wires to be managed. At around $50 each, these replacements/upgrades to halogen are excellent options to OEM. And, the H4 connection is stock on most motorcycles so no harness modification or adaptors required. The 7" version is great for modern bikes. My used SV650 came with a 7" Emgo headlight and it looked like it was original equipment.
