Saw 4 .....
Having bought Saw 1,2 and 3 ..... obviously Saw 4 was a must buy .... but .... slightly disappointing ! Maybe I am just getting immune to the horrors these films thrust at you.Here are my small gripes ......
1/ I think the scriptwriters are certainly finding new innovative ways to dismember/maime/kill the victims, harder to conjure up. I spotted a couple of previously used methods in this rendition.
2/ I missed 'Jigsaw'. Yes I know he is dead .... but still ...... he is/was Saw .... and I missed this stupendously brilliant psycho nutter.... [ cant say too much though ... and spoil the plot for you!].
3/ It doesn't have that cloisterophobic atmosphere of its predecessors. Once again I ask myself, have I dined too often at this place!
Having, some may say, badmouthed the movie, I can still say I enjoyed Saw 4. They have still thought up some mind numbingly good/entertaining/nasty ways to dispose of victims and its a good twist to the end. The acting/script is getting better but as I have said .... the raw,childish,simplistic script and location made the previous Saw stories more .....scarey and real. Still. I would advise you to buy ...... and make your own mind up! Hey! .... in your eyes it may be getting better .... and if you watch it and disagree with me ....then whoa!...." ...I want to play a little game .." ........ tee! hee!

2 of 2 found this helpful This is top quality comedy.The continuing story of 'Moz' a small time drug dealer, played brilliantly by Johnny Vegas, and all the people in his 'world'. Yoko, Psycho paul, his brother Troy, China and all the crew are back again to cause side splitting moments. I defy anyone to watch Ideal and not laugh a dozen times per episode. Brilliant, funny and scary ...... [bet you know at least one of the characters yourself in real life]..... int it scrummy! .... ya betchya!!
