One of Mayall's finest
With a band of American musicians quickly assembled Mayall managed to produce an excellent LP of Blues with a twist. Highlight is obviously Don 'Sugarcane' Harris on violin.

Just what an Anthology should be
A brilliant introduction to one of the Jazz mavericks, carefully chosen and arranged you'd almost beleive it was meant to be. This contains one of the finest examples of Rahsaan playing two instruments simoultaneousiy AND different tunes!
