Really nice bag, but with a couple of compromises
First off, I really like this bag. The size, design and quality are all great. The leather on the body is nice and thick and the stitching and cut is all really good.
However, the strap is what let’s it down slightly. The leather on the strap feels incredibly thin and it is backed by very thin nylon. It doesn’t feel as well made as the bag, which is disappointing. It looks the part, but does feel the part.
This could have been rectified by using a thicker backing, like say one of the cloth straps you get on messenger bags. That way the whole strap would have felt thicker and a bit more premium or just used a full leather strap.
But for the price you have to expect small compromises.
Best way to gauge value is to ask “would I buy this again?”
Answer is absolutely. It ticks almost all the boxes and I can live with the strap (or change it myself down the line!)

It worked for me
I know a few people have said it didn't work, but I suppose it depends on whether your floor can be saved or not!
For me this worked. I applied 3 coats with a masonry paint brush and allowed 12 hours between coats to allow drying. I needed to seal and harden the perimeter concrete in my shed as I was about to lay some carpet. The concrete was a bit crumbly and so I was afraid the solvent adhesive would not hold the grippers in place as it would come away from the weak floor. This stuff hardened it beautifully and the gripper are now firmly in place. I still got some fine dust, but a wash down with a damp rag and some hoovering got rid of all that.
It looks like water and has little to no smell. It's also considerably cheaper than similar products but for me worked just as well.
Overall really pleased with the result (after being patient and taking my time)
