Excellent book and cookbokk
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this for my mother due to her recent diagnosis. She took it to her dr.s appointment and he was extremely impressed with the content that he briefly read. In a nutshell, this book provided more extensive information than her dietician. Highly recommended!
