My Life In France
This was without a doubt one of the books I have read in the past year. I have never tried any of Julia Child's recipes, never watched her PBS TV Programs, and have not seen the movie "Julie & Julia" so these factors were not why the book was read. Julia should have written more non-cooking books, she had the gift of story telling.

Historical in a Novel
I continue to read and read, enjoying it for the most part but realize the oppsychology behind the characters is more than I will ever understand. The copy I received is very foxed which is surprising for a paper product of this generation. and for the cost paid for a ised book.
