Lightweight and a good pourer
This kettle is a Which? Best Buy. It comes in black or cream. There is a good filter which can easily be removed for descaling. There is a water level indicator both sides so it does not matter which way round the kettle is on the base. The red button lights up when the kettle is on. The lid pops up when you press the top button to make filling easier. You can also fill through the spout.
Probably the best kettle I have ever had so I bought a spare one.

Easy to use
Unlike some multi-meters, this one has a switch setting for every function. You don't have to toggle through a menu on the screen to get what you want.
Also, this multi-meter has a 20 amp DC setting which is very useful for car electrics to see how much a particular circuit is drawing from the battery. I did this after wondering why my battery was flat after a few days not using the car. It was the towing socket circuit which seems to have a leak to earth. I will wait for better weather before investigating but, in the meantime, I am pulling the fuse and this has solved the problem.
I would recommend getting a soft case for your multi-meter to store instructions and leads as well as the meter itself.

Excellent money-saving product
This is a 'cable' router which I use to connect to a non-wireless router to provide a wireless capability. This happens with some of my friends who have always had a PC which is wired to their (usually old) router with an Ethernet cable. They then buy a laptop which they want to use around the house. This Netgear WGT624 plugs into their old 1-port router and they can then plug their PC into the Netgear as well as using their new laptop on the Netgear wireless signal. Much cheaper than buying a new wirelss ADSL router and the usual problem of not being able to remember their password with their Internet Service Provider.
