I contacted the seller, they quickly responded within the next working day, and offered me a full refund without having to return what had arrived.   Arrived damaged due to insufficent packing and bad handling via the carrier. Was told a replacement was coming but never did. Sent the damaged one back at my expense for it to be returned back to me as the return address doesn't accept returns. Had to get Ebay involved to get my money back.
