hard to use
The product poaches eggs. The pan alone can serve as a frying pan as indicated in the post purchase documentation. My only issue is that it is difficult to take the eggs out of the cups. As I child my family had a pan with removable cups which made removing the eggs easier than with this pan. That said, I couldn't find such a pan and so given the state of the industry this pan is as good as it gets. So if you want an egg poacher, given options available, this product will do the job. I downgraded the recommend and the value based on the usage factor. I can remove the eggs from the cups with a table spoon with only moderate difficulty.

Fragile and easily broken
While the device works well the emptying process is extremely fragile and easily broken. Nothing that costs this much should be designed in a way that is easily broken. The plastic latches involved in the emptying process are extremely fragile. I have full size canister as well and after 3 cleanings I lost one of the latches and there seems to be no way to replace them. I bought this hoping for a better design. Well fooled twice so shame on me. Suction and tools fine but. . .
