Excellent soy plus
0 of 1 found this helpful I've adapted it to all around soy use, although that's not it's intended purpose. It's getting hard to find these days. I can't define the formula in it, but it suits my cooking style great and the results are excellent for us.

Oustanding
Great value for those who know what they are doing. It's a very expensive piece of equipment that was built so good, they don't fail often so there is an excess of them.
