Can work for you!

Good results. Curbed hunger, physical cravings and binges (still need to control your subconscious). Important to keep your food ratios and quantities fairly correct. In an nutshell if you are disciplined and want to get healthy, lose some weight and feel better this is a good instruction manual to get you there. But like all diet/nutrition books it's up to your commitment and self control.

wife is thinking about switching

Wife has been after me for years to try this type of product. I'm in my 50's and have worked in the Florida sun for 20+ years. Within a few applications this product made a very noticeable difference in my facial appearance. Hard for me to judge it against other similar products due to my limited experience. However my wife who has been using a very similar product at a much higher cost is going to give this product a try because of the quality as well as the savings. My best personal testimony is that I will 100%, absolutely purchase again.

First time purchase. Combined the foot pads with a semiannual 7 day juice/detox tea fast. Worked extremely well and helped monitor the progress of the fast. Will definitely use again with and without fast. Great dollar value and works as stated.
