    Item sold as new, arrived in a state shown on pictures (used, worn). Also it is Academic Edition, which was not mentioned in the desciption and photo in ad was showing full version. This is my second similar issue with this seller. First time he blamed it for the 3rd party. But my advise is - avoid.

    This individual purchased two software packs. Both were sealed and unused when dispatched. He was unhappy with the 2nd one and requested a refund. I immediately granted his refund and said that there was no need to return the software. Next day he contacted me about the first software pack which he ordered over a month earlier. I said to him that he could return it if he is not happy and I will give him a refund via PayPal as it is too late for him to get a refund from eBay.
