  The Box which contained my 500 envelopes was not strong and the box arrived broken and empty. Seller blamed Royal Mail and so eBay refunded me. I have sold about 1600 items on eBay and buyers tell me that I carefully pack my items in strong packaging. I have never had a problem. I buy lots of hardbacked envelopes and other packaging on eBay and everything has arrived without an issue, until now. I really needed these envelopes, but I wont use this seller again.

  I think this is sour grapes as i would not send out another 500 envelopes, I cannot understand why you would except an empty box that told you to claim from Royal Mail? As eBay said it was Royal Mails fault. Your issue was solved and if i could share the original messages it would show a whole different side!
