Bit of a learning curve, but overall pretty good.
It's taken me a few tries to get the hang of it, but I think I'm liking it.
It aerates the mixture more than my old Oster Beehive blender, so if you add ice, you get ice cream rather than an iced drink.
I add milk or cold water now that I've figured that out. I can't make it as cold as I'd like, which is why only 4 stars.
It has a harder time with orange peels. I shave the top layer off with a potato peeler and use the rest. It has a harder time breaking down the inner pulp, but I just leave the blender running longer, and it does the job.

Works well and easier than alternatives
Easier than powder or liquid. Does a good job of keeping the dishwasher clean as well

A good choice
Good vitamin. Doesn't upset my stomach. Not much else to say
