  Seller made an honest but egregious mistake in the item description. The curtain measurement was off by a foot. I contacted her and received an apology but no offer of a partial refund, which, imo, is the best way to compensate for a mistake. Instead, she suggested I hem the curtains, a tedious task that would also eliminate the scalloped curtain bottoms. I believe that if a seller makes an error in the description, they should offer a partial refund, and I gave her every opportunity to do so.
