    The cooker hood was just what i wanted,however when it arrived it was damaged,the seller was not helpful, she accused me of taking pictures of another cooker hood and said i was fraudulent, in all my years on ebay i havent come across a seller with this attitude, steer clear of this one !

    The cooker hood I sold was a plain stainless steel Hotpoint model, brand new and as clearly shown in the listing. The buyer refused to open an official case and instead sent a photo of a completely different item — a clear act of fraud. He later asked to collect underwear from my home, which I found inappropriate and intimidating. I take pride in being an honest seller and have escalated this matter to eBay’s complaints department.
