    Beware. Before purchasing this Simplehuman mirror, I asked seller if the charger and cord were included since it was listed as open box never used. My questioned was answered but seller didn't disclose that it was not the original charger. I received a Verizon charger. The mirror was not wrapped in original protection but was the item I expected.

    I can not resolve an issue with order if I'm not aware of it. You never contacted me about any issue of any sort. I did contact you about a delay in shipping due to a death in family not an emergency and you said no problem, and that was it, then wrote very negative feedback which hurts my rating and uncalled for with the situation. So I'm asking you to please revise it
