Photos specifically avoid showing the staining and was not mentioned in item description. I washed item to try to remove the marks but they have not come out. Contacted seller to request refund due to inaccurate description but was blown off. Very poor customer service. Cannot recommend this seller.

Great flame effect
Looks quite similar to a proper log burner, but looks great when the flame effect is on. It’s a decent price compared to some other electric log effect heaters which can be very expensive. The heater isn’t as noisy as expected when switched on.
