Nick was very helpful with all my questions, and the item was posted out to me quickly and in good, protective packaging. The vinyl itself matched the description, and although I haven't had chance to play it yet, I'm very happy with the purchase.

Queen were amazing live and in this 1982 concert they are on top form. This was the tour that accompanied the 'Hot Space' album, and while that LP was not great, Queen more than make up for it here. The live renditions of the tracks taken 'Hot Space' are energetic and superior to their studio originals, and the rest of the concert, comprising their 1973-80 material is excellent. Roger Taylor's drumming is outstanding. 'Now I'm Here' and 'Crazy Little Thing Called Love' are worthy of mention and the rest comes close to matching them.

Tears for Fears - Songs from the Big Chair (1985) 12" Vinyl MERH 58

Really great album
Tears for Fears’ second album, released in early 1985. Intelligently written and still a great listen today, the tracks have aged well and do not sound dated. It’s packed with hits including Shout, Everybody Wants to Rule the World, Mothers Talk and Head Over Heels but the other less well known tracks on the album are outstanding as well.
This is highly recommended listening, and is one of the best albums to be released in 1985 which deserves a place in any serious record collection. Tears For Fears’ best work along with 1989’s ‘The Seeds of Love’.
DIRE STRAITS COMMUNIQUE CASSETTE TAPE ALBUM

Underrated sophomore classic!
This is a fabulous Dire Straits album... Released in June 1979 and got some negative reviews... 'Communique' was released less than nine months after the group's acclaimed debut album and did not manage to produce any hits. However the group's second album is still a thoroughly enjoyable listen and a solid, non-commercial offering from Dire Straits.
It's best to ignore negative press and listen right through yourself. Intelligently written with a more stripped down sound than their later work, featuring the original lineup of Mark and David Knopfler, John Illsley and Pick Withers (it was the last album to feature David).
Side one of the original vinyl release opens with the excellent ‘Once Upon A West’, however side two is stronger, opening with the catchy ‘Lady Writer’ and ‘Angel of Mercy’, and the band save the very best ones until the end with ‘Single-Handed Sailor' and the gorgeous, hypnotic album closer 'Follow Me Home'. This is however an album that should be listened to right through.
Communique went onto sell over 7 million copies on release (hardly a failure) and still sounds as fresh today as in 1979. One of Dire Straits’ best. Highly recommended.
