Mild, effective and hydrating!
3 of 3 found this helpful Second time I buy this product - I LOVE this toner SO much! It only has 7 ingredients, so it's perfet for sensitive skin! I also just love the brand itself; Pyunkang Yul has a nice product-lineup, with very few and mild ingredients - but this toner is my fave! It's mild and my skin loves it! It leaves my skin hydrated and fresh. Definitely recommend :)
