Pretty Rockin'

This is a great little player if you're looking for something compact and sleek. The pre installed firmware however is laggy and slow so I decided to change it to 'Rockbox' Its much faster now and waaaay more versatile. I'm now able to play many different file types I couldnt before, create and save custom eq settings as well as create custom GUIs, change the pitch and playback speed as well as gap-less playback for those progressive rock albums we all love so much! If you're a but of a music geek or audiophile you'll love this alternative firmware. Installing Rockbox is a breeze! You'll finds step by step instructions on how to fully install the new Rockbox firmware if you simply visit the Rockbox website. The cons - -No buttons If you like to change tracks in your pocket then you can say goodbye to that ability. This player has no physical buttons... not even raised areas that indicate where buttons are, therefore if you want to operate the player you'll have to look at it. Might seem like a nit pick but after a while it does become slightly annoying -No recording functionality No mic, line in or any sort of live recording functions.

Not bad at all

Does exactly what It says on the tin. Auto off feature with rechargeable battery and dongle receiver included. Illuminated logo that can be turned on or off (no colour select, just cycles colours) which isn't too bright and soft click buttons which are a nice touch. Great value!
