Great flavour and smooth coffee
It makes a really smooth cup of coffee with no gritty bits and you can add extra hot water if need be. Initially, I thought it might be complicated to use but good clear instructions were helpful. There are a few bits and pieces to wash but it is far more resilient than glass coffee makers and the flavour is amazing. Also the filters are compostable along with the coffee grounds.
