Working fine.
Fitted to DC04. Good quality and easy to fit - not sure if this is the best/correct way, but I fitted the spring, put the top tabs under their catch, positioned the other spring lug into the spring and then gently pressed the bottom holes over the two lugs.

Fits and works well in old 14" Thinkpad T61
Didn't want to spend a fortune when the old battery died so tried this and am pleased that it fits well mechanically and functions fine.
The capacity is a little down on maximum but that may be because on an old machine running Windows 10 there's no way to reset the battery gauge. But it doesn't matter to me - I really only use the battery when moving from one room to another.

Works as expected.
New TV's only analog audio output is via the headphone socket which can be changed to line out in the settings. Needed this adaptor set to connect to the L + R cables going to my old surround system. It works fine for this job.
