  Good product and speedy delivery. However, I had decided to by a different model so was happy to pay for return postage and return this item. First of all I was sent the wrong label, then had issues trying to communicate and resolve issues. Even when the item was finally returned, no refund was issued and my communications were ignored. I had to involve eBay to get my money back. I would not purchase from this company again. Poor customer service, hours of my time wasted.

  Despicable experience with inconsiderate seller. Bought 6 trays arizona sol dehydrator, due in 2-3working days, in Dec. item never dispatched and NEVER arrived; seller would not respond to any of my messages. Since opening request, I got a series of counteracting messages from seller; I wanted the item. After more than 1 month, I had to ask ebay to intervene. Item then out of stock, 1 month (and experiments before Xmas) wasted. Refund only, no consideration from the seller re: upset provoked.
