Very Poor Sounding Speakers
Quite simply poor transistor radio sounding speakers, limited bandwidth, and shallow sound.
Do not buy.

Fast, Powerful, Musical, Deep Bass Reproduction
1 of 1 found this helpful I have bought my second Gemini II from BK now. It has excellent speed and bass extension when set in phase with the main speakers properly, and with the correct gain. It reaches down to around 28Hz in my room when new, and then to 22Hz when broken in. Very well made, and because the bass is reproduced so cleanly and concisely, the midrange of the Yamaha HS50M studio monitor speakers I use sounds clearer, louder, and more musical as a result. This is evidence that the subwoofer is doing its job of complementing the main speakers and supporting their output. If coming from a lesser sub you will hear bass tones you never heard before. Give it time to loosen up when new and you will be rewarded with sonic excellence.
