Expensive but excellent
I have found Wobenzym to be an excellent product to reduce aches and pains and inflammation and apparently it has been used for years in Germany. It is quite expensive though, and many of the products you can buy online come directly from America or Europe which can lead to delays in receiving the products and expensive carriage. Buying it through Synergy, a UK company is the best value I have come across.
In a medical trial Wobenzym was also found to reduce thyroid antibodies for people with Hashimotos Thyroiditis.
