Packaging inadequate.
It's an excellent product, however, the packaging does not provide protection of the goods. The last couple of deliveries I've received, the mealworms have leaked out of the plastic bag, causing considerable loss of the contents, which is difficult to retrieve!

Packaging let's down a good product

Might I suggest you seal it in a strong plastic bag and then place it in the cardboard box.
The kibbles were loose and some were outside the lid of the cardboard box. There was a small amount of the product that had been destroyed to dust.
A sealed plastic bag would make it easier, upon reaching its destination to transfer product into a more robust home container.

Good, cats and kittens love it
The cats love it, just right for the kittens, looks good
