  I had ordered this item to be delivered by a certain date as it was a gift. There was no word about dispatch for quite some time. I eventually wrote to the seller who claimed to never have had a message from eBay; they sent the item as soon as possible after my message. So it was a miscommunication, which resulted in the item not being delivered on time. When it was delivered, the item is new as stated, but the box was quite crushed, likely down to the post not being handled with care.
