Absorbable Spatone
Spatone is easy for the body to absorb and is very kind to your tummy - much better than pill which are harsh, not easily absorbed and a waste of money. Although Spatone are more expensive, they work well and the Apple ones taste good too.

Pleasant tasting liquid iron
This liquid iron is gentle on the tummy and doesn’t cause any pain after ingesting it. The apple flavoured one is far more pleasant than the ordinary which (surprise, surprise) tastes of iron, ..... an unpleasant taste for anyone.
