One worth keeping
I've followed Nigels programmes on and off, this is the first book of his I've bought. I like his style, there are many recipes I like and some I've tried. Other recipes that don't float my boat I've looked at, and picked up little tips and hacks. With cooking, you never stop learning. Glad I bought the book.
