  Purchased at 12:16 on 20/10. Paid via eBay Managed Payments and received eBay Purchase Confirmation at 12:22. By 12:36 the SELLER was sending messages (8 in total during a 26 minute time frame) advising that would only send if payment was made direct to PayPal as they were not really a seller (?) only registered as a Buyer (??) although they do have other items listed. Referred to eBay which was followed by unilateral cancellation with a refund and a few terse remarks. PROSPECTIVE BUYERS BEWARE

  The truth always outs ! Accounts must now be set up to receive eBay Managed Payments prior to being allowed to list items for sale. Have to assume seller unhappy with price paid. Based on "private" quote for other items listed this does appear to be the case. Prime case of when you are at fault it is always the other persons fault with attack with best form of defence.
