AMAZING
3 of 3 found this helpful I started taking these for my anxiety and low moods especially around my period. They have been an absolute godsend they also help me to sleep at night I normally take them half an hour before bed.

They didn't even fit my 9 year old.
They didn't even fit my 9 year old daughter. They r so small went straight in the bin. Only giving two stars as the postage was very very quick

Broke first time
Popped it in the microwave for the correct time and when I put it on my neck I could feel something running down my neck it was the stuff inside it had a whole in it! Went straight in the bin
