Cheap but effective
1 of 1 found this helpful Sharpen the blade both sides with a metal file, wrap some gaffer tape around the crude handle, then slash any like a deranged golfer swinging both ways to maximise energy efficiency and well it is very effective for such a small outlay.
A lot quieter and more environmentally friendly than a petrol strimmer.... Lovely job.
