GR8 book for working naturally with the body's energies...
Working with the natural energies of the body, the meridians and so on are my preference and wise food choices and healthy lifestyle are my choices. I have a copy of this book in Canada and wanted one here with me in Florida.

Handy and works well...
This is a handy small container to find in my tennis bag and sprinkle on my hands esp. in the Florida summer heat and humidity. It works well.
